"I was referred to Steven Koenke, All Type Roofing Service in early June 2020. I was very impressed by this young man! I was looking to get a leak repaired by a Local Small Business person. He came out after completing another job that day (Stuart).

Steven Koenke showed up on time and took his time explaining everything to me which all made sense to me. (I built homes for a couple contractors in the later 80's in to the 90's.) He gave me a bid at a fair rate. Got the job and showed up on time and did a great job on my shingle roof. I have called him several time to thank him, always answers the phone or gets back to me within a few minutes. My mother developed issues in July on her ageing barrel tile roof (PBG), this job had many issues in the same area. Steven Koenke even found some replacement tile to match so that were broken, We are very happy with his profession ability, appearance , attitude, and employees. This is not a handyman and is licensed and insured. He comes from 4 generations of local roofers and it shows! Mom was very impressed so was I!"
