Established Legacy, Renewed Expertise

Originally founded in 1974 by Donald Koenke Sr. in Ft. Lauderdale, All-Type Roofing built a strong reputation for roofing excellence. After more than 30 years of successful operation, Donald retired and the company name went on hiatus.

In 2019, the legacy was revived by his grandson, Steven Koenke Jr., a proud third-generation roofer with nearly a decade of industry experience. He began his roofing journey while studying at UCF, starting with small repair projects for a student housing property management company.

Steven later joined a major national roofing company, where he worked as a Service Manager and eventually became a Consumer Sales and Operations Manager.

Today, with Donald’s blessing, Steven leads All-Type Roofing Services LLC, combining his experience with a skilled team that brings over 30 years of industry knowledge. The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality roofing solutions for projects of all sizes.

Meet Steven, a third-generation Floridian roofer with nearly a decade of experience. He started a repair business at UCF and quickly rose in a national roofing company to Consumer Sales and Operations Manager. With a team of 30+ years’ combined expertise, Steven is known for top-notch customer service and operations. Outside work, he pursues adventure on the water or off-road trails with the same passion he brings to his job.

Meet Chris, All-Type Roofing’s indispensable right-hand man hailing from Stuart, FL. Chris approaches his work with unwavering pride, consistently delivering on All-Type Roofing’s expectations while maintaining punctuality. Off the clock, he cherishes family time and indulges in his passions for fishing and spending quality moments with his three beloved huskies. Chris embodies commitment both on and off the job, making him an integral part of the All-Type Roofing team.

Introducing Tara, the newest member of the All-Type team, with a strong roofing background thanks to her family. She started with All-Type Roofing in photography, using her degree to support photo and website work. Tara has since moved into a hands-on role and now leads the re-roof department. Her journey from capturing moments to managing roofing projects reflects her dedication, passion, and commitment to learning and growing with the All-Type team.
